GLiP-2: Accommodation

We have at our disposal a limited number of single and double rooms at the university hotel (Hera hotel, ul. Belwederska 26/30, phone: (++22) 553-10-00). The hotel is relatively near the conference venue, and we will soon post all the details regarding finding the way to it and getting from there to the University campus. The single room costs 71 PLN per day (12pm-10am), and the (entire) double room costs 103 PLN per day.

These rooms have a washbasin and a toilet, but no shower -- showers are available from the main corridor on each floor. They are reported to be very clean and there are quite a lot of them.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this offer, please contact us as soon as possible -- this is because, as mentioned above, we have been assigned only a limited number of rooms and in case it turns out that the demand is greater than we expected, we need to have time to try and book additional rooms.

Also, if you prefer rooms of a higher standard, we can try and help you arrange that. Be warned, however, that the prices above are special prices for guests of the University -- other hotels charge more, much more sometimes.
